Any such posting is made at the initiative of the candidates.
G. SPECIFICS ABOUT THE CV DATABASE
- The forwarding of CVs to prospective employers is carried out either through matching based on the job position declared by job candidates or employers, or following our telephone communication. Our company uses a matching mechanism supported by artificial intelligence (AI), in order to facilitate finding suitable matches between candidate CVs and employer postings. This processing is temporary and is carried out based on the data voluntarily entered by users (such as specialty, location, professional/hard skills and interpersonal/soft skills) and has the sole purpose of facilitating the matching process. The results produced are indicative and supportive in nature and do not constitute automated decisions that produce legal effects for users. The data processed by the AI mechanism are not used for other purposes, are not transmitted to third parties, and are not stored beyond the time necessary for matching. Users retain the ability to review, correct, or delete their data at any time through their account.
- The job candidate may, through their account, modify, update, or delete their CV at any time. However, deletion without adding a new CV means the inability to provide the service. Upon the aforementioned deletion, the relevant information is automatically deleted from the CV organization field as well.
- The company provides an optional functionality for the automatic creation of a profile description or job posting via an artificial intelligence (AI) feature, based on information entered by the user (such as specialty, location, professional/hard skills and interpersonal/soft skills). This functionality does not entail automated decision-making and processes your data temporarily and without storage. The suggestions are created solely for the user’s convenience.
