G. SPECIFICALLY FOR THE RESUME DATABASE
1. The forwarding of resumes to prospective employers is done either by matching based on the job position declared by prospective employees or employers or following a telephone communication with us.
2. A prospective employee may, through their account, modify, update, or delete their resume at any time they wish. However, deleting without adding a new resume means that the service cannot be provided.
H. YOUR RIGHTS
1. In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
2. Under the same Regulation, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, and portability of the personal data collected by our company. In particular, you have the right to confirm whether or not your personal data is being processed, and if so, to have access to relevant information and, as appropriate, to request the restriction of processing. You have the right to rectify inaccurate or complete incomplete personal data by providing all necessary documents indicating the need for correction or completion.
