Unitech Systems, a leading Greek export company specializing in the design and manufacturing of mounts and mechanisms for audiovisual systems, based in Spata, Attica, is seeking to immediately fill the following position:

CUSTOMER SERVICE & ORDER PROCESSING DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEE

Required qualifications:

• English language degree, at least ECCE level
• Excellent knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, etc.)
• Experience using accounting software, preferably a good user of PYLON, and familiarity with issuing tax documents (delivery notes, invoices, sales receipts, etc.)
• Ability to accurately record information, supervise processes, maintain schedules, and solve problems
• Ability to manage necessary procedures for the smooth execution of product shipments and exports

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position in an industrial or manufacturing company
• Experience in export procedures and product transportation process requirements
• Knowledge of 3D design and 3D design programs, preferably Autodesk Inventor
• Higher education or University degree in a related field
• Knowledge of industrial products and components
